Eligibility Requirements
Qualifying products must meet the Smart $aver Prescriptive Program requirements. The product must be on the qualifying product list (QPL) that Duke Energy uses to validate products for the various programs.
Qualified customers must have an active non-residential account with a valid participating rate. The customer must not be opted out at the time of the sale and installation of the qualifying product.
Qualified channel partners approved by Duke Energy to operate in the Midstream or Upstream Channels and sell incentivized measures to qualifying Duke Energy commercial electric customers.
